1. Boneless Chicken (Medium Size)-2/3 inches-500 gms
2.Ginger paste-1 teaspoon
3.Garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
4.Green chilly paste-1/2(half) teaspoon
5.White pepper powder-1/4 (One quarter) teaspoon.
6.Soya Sauce-1 tablespoon
7.Salt to taste
*Put the cornflakes into a grinder and give it a pulse till you get coarse crumbs.Make sure it doesnot become powdery.
10.Oil to fry.
1.Wash and drain th chicken well.
2.Take a bowl and add the chicken,Ginger garlic paste,green chilly paste,white pepper powder,Soya
sauce,Salt to taste.
3.Mix all well.
4.Add the egg and mix all well.
5.Keep the mixture for atleast 30 minutes in refrigerator.
6.Heat oil in a pan/kadai.
7.Put the chicken strips to the cornflakes crumbs .Coat them well.
8.Deep fry till brown and serve hot with tomato sauce.
